More Healthy Eating Tips

I have learned to be creative in feeding my kidshealthy. Here are a couple things I have implemented…

To get them to drink milk, instead of sugary chocolate syrup, I add a couple drops of natural food coloring and make pink, purple, or whatever color they want milk. Tastes the same…but man, they drink it up. LOL.

Eat veggies get a treat. If they eat ALL their veggies, they get ONE Hersheys kiss. Sure, it’s  little sugar, However, ONE kiss after a nice amount of veggies is worth it.
