Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD. - Psalm 27:14Many times in my career I’ve tried to push for my own way. I have learned the hard way that any time I try to push my own agenda, it ends up backfiring and God is not honored. The Lord wants us to wait on Him and seek His will for our lives. This applies in business situations, too. Sometimes we want something that seems good and right…and other people in our lives thinks it’s good and right, too. But I think more often than not, God knows otherwise… and what seems good and right to us, would only end up hurting us down the road.I am in a situation right now where all I can do is wait and pray. My desire seems good and right to me and to others, but I know that God is asking me to wait. So, I have two choices: I can either push my own agenda or I can relax and wait on the Lord.
