1. Chicken Wings
Besides nacho chips, what’s Super Bowl without chicken wings? You can serve them with these great dipping sauces – bleu cheese, ranch, honey mustard etc. or you can buy a bottle of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce. There are many online recipes for dips or sauces to make buffalo chicken wings, however, I am partial to my recipe. ;) You can find it here.

For something sweet and crunchy, you can make caramel popcorn.

Here’s a simple caramel recipe:

Preheat oven at 300 F. Melt caramels and butter in large sauce pan stirring frequently over low heat.
You can microwave on high for about 2.5 – 3 minutes (depending on your microwave). Stir the mixture to make sure it’s smooth.

Once melted, pour caramel mixture over popcorn and toss popcorn till it’s evenly coated. Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, then stir and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Carefully spoon onto wax paper to cool. Once cooled, you can break it apart into clusters.
