40 Days of Prayer for Our Nation: Day 2

If you are just visiting, we are on day two of a 40 day prayer journey for our nation! We are unified and seeking a move of God! Let’s pray:

Father God, thank You for loving us and hearing our petitions. Thank You that Your love is so profound for each of us that You know how many hairs are on each of our heads. Thank You that Your mercy is so great that You did not hesitate in sacrificing Your ONLY Son, so that we can boldly come before Your throne, and walk in victory! We love and adore You! You are worthy of ALL glory, honor, and praise. You alone are Worthy of our everything! Please forgive us for selfishness, wrong motives, and apathetic hearts. Help us to be bolder, stronger, and on fire for YOU!

Lord, we are crying out to You as we plead for our nation. We are coming before You with humble hearts, and begging You to move mightily in our hearts, in our leaders, and throughout this great nation as a whole. We ask that You make Your dominion known and show this world that You have not abandoned the United States of America.

Father, we ask that You abundantly bless our president today. We ask that You move his heart  in the ways that YOU see fit for him. We ask that You help him make the best decisions for this country and that You protect him as well. We ask that even though we may not agree individually with every decision that he has made, that you help us to honor him as the leader of this nation, and to pray for him diligently. We ask that you bless his wife and daughters, and keep them safe as well! We thank You for hearing our prayers and for protecting the leader that YOU gave to this country. We know that YOU alone are the One who makes men great, and that You alone put men into power, so we trust You to complete what You began.

We thank You for hearing us and for the great move and victory that WILL come as we stand in unity, and seek Your face! We love You, Lord! In Jesus’ Mighty Name, Amen.
