40 Days of Prayer for Our Nation: Day 4

Let’s pray:

Father, God,we love You and thank You for all that You are, and all that You do in our lives each and every day. We thank You for ordering our steps and planning our days–even as You formed us in our mother’s womb. We thank You for the food we eat, the clean water we get to drink, and every breath of air that we breath. You are Mighty, Loving, Merciful, All-Powerful, and Worthy of everything we can give. We love and adore You as our Daddy in Heaven. You, alone, are the Savior of our souls and the help this nation needs.

Lord, we humbly come before you and plead for the House of Representatives of this great nation. We ask that You send Your angels to protect them, and their families today–and every day. We ask that You bless each of them, and that You help them to make wise choices for this country. Where there are wrong motives, and wrong choices, Lord,we ask that You pierce their hearts, and cause right things to be done. Father God we beg You to intervene, and help our leaders to do the right things for the United States of America. We thank You for hearing our prayer, Lord.

Lord, please move across this land with Your power, and open the eyes of Your people. Save the lost, Lord, and make this country one that the nations of the earth will know belongs to the Almighty God. We thank You for hearing us and moving on our behalf. Please continue to protect each of us as we intercede for this great nation each day! We love You, today, and every day, Father God. Thank You for loving us so profoundly! You are amazing! In Jesus’ Mighty and Worthy Name, Amen!
