Eating for Better Health
Obesity is out of control in this country. We need to make better choices and teach our children to make healthier food choices by modeling good eating habits before them. The best way to get started it to limit sugar…a LOT! Sugar should be a treat not the norm. Refined sugars are the cause of many health issues. Try fresh fruits, dried fruits, cookies made with natural apple sauce and molasses instead of shortening and sugar. Take the time to practice and try new ways to make old favorites healthy. We can eliminate obesity one Mom taking action at a time!
