Ahhhh Here I go again. It’s been one of those “off” weeks. You know the kind I mean, you’ve got so much going on yet it doesn’t seem like anything has been accomplished. There are activities, school work, house cleaning and on top of that the whole family feels it’s necessary to eat. I mean what are they thinking? They just ate yesterday. LOL! Okay, yes I am being a bit funny here, but I know you know what I am talking about. It’s what makes most of us want to pull out our hair from time to time. You keep adding things on to tomorrow’s to do list and today is not even over with. I’ve done it and am trying NOT to do it again but I can’t always help it. It can be overwhelming. But the word keeps coming to mind... “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. 5 Tips to Help You Homeschool During a Move
As you may be aware homeschooling takes a lot of time and effort. Homeschooling during a move takes even more time and effort. In fact just recently this frazzled momma made a major move from South Carolina to Tennessee. I decided to put together my top 5 tips to help you homeschool/transition during a move. Relax and Breathe - Stop take a second and breathe in and breathe out. Don’t allow the stress of moving fall over into your schooling. Things are going to happen that were unplanned and you just need to take a step back and take some deep breaths because you can’t deal with it when you are stressed out. Take some time off - The wonderful beauty of homeschooling is that we can take some time away from the books if we need to. I’ve had to do it. This will be a big help.
