One of the things that I have a hard time with when it comes to Greek yogurt is the overly sour taste. I mean yogurt is already a bit sour, so making it more sour just ruins it for me. However, Stonyfield has perfected the art of Greek yogurt. This stuff tastes AWESOME. I have yet to try a flavor I do not like, either! Not only is it organic, tasty, and healthy, it is also NON fat. The best part though? It does not taste nonfat. It is creamy and delicious. Blueberry is my absolute favorite flavor, and some of the blueberries are even whole! SO yummy! The most important thing to me is that my kids not only love it as well, but it is also safe for them to eat. It is made with all natural, organic ingredients, and no pesticides or an overabundance of harmful chemicals! Oystercatchers is a delightfully delicious seafood restaurant located in the Grand Hyatt, Tampa Bay! The food is scrumptious, the service is top notch, the ambiance is fabulous, and the views are spectacular! I was very impressed with the presentation, depth of flavors, and overall experience at Oystercatchers. It is a rare find indeed to have so many great qualities AND deliver on the flavors. Quinoa Goes Greek Salad Recipe
No, it's not called "qui-noah." Although it looks like that. It's called "keen-wa"--and it's a power-packed little grain that I adore. I wish I could say I have an adventurous palate, but I've got a fairly tame one. I still don't veer too far from the beaten path. Luckily, quinoa is a virtually flavorless vehicle for a lot of delicious meals. I use it in place of lettuce in salads, as a side for a chicken breast, and as a helpful boost to my muffin-sized frittatas. Personally, I don't adore red meat. Right after my daughter was born, I knew I wasn't getting enough protein. I don't love the taste of meat, but I'm not diligent enough to become a vegetarian.
