2 eggs, beaten slightly
2 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup eggnog
8 slices white bread
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, mix together eggnog, eggs and spices until well combined. Then pour into a shallow dish. Dip each of the bread slices into the eggnog mixture until well coated. Place the eggnog bread slices onto a greased baking dish and bake in the oven, turning occasionally, until both sides are golden brown.
Serve immediately with fresh fruit.
