The Daily – No One…

The Word of God is filled with hidden treasures just waiting to be discovered. I find my time with the Lord an adventure these days. It is like some great expedition to find new worlds–only, I am seeking comfort, answers and aid for my daily life. I am thrilled to tell you that my God has yet to let me down in my search. Honestly, I do not think that we can ever be disappointed with anything God gives us.

Anyway, as I dove into His Word today, I found this priceless gem…

From eternity to eternity I am God. No one can snatch anyone out of My hand. No one can undo what I have done. – Isaiah 43:13 (NLT)

My heart skipped a beat as I read these words. It came alive in my heart as I realized that during my trip to self pity land–never once did the Lord let go of His loving grip on me. Not once.

No one–not even our own flaws, doubts, and failures can snatch us out of the Loving hands of our Mighty God.

NO ONE!

NO ONE can undo the work He has done and begun in us. No one!

Not even us.

His mercy, love and grace are amazing and unending.

I will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I confidently trust! For then He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. – Psalm 91:2-3 (amplified)

In these past few months I have allowed myself to drown in my own insecurities, failures, fears and feelings of inadequacy. I know the road is long and not always easy to the place of victory. However, I will yet again find refuge in the arms of the ONLY One who truly accepts and loves me.

For You are my hiding place; You protect me from trouble. You surround me with songs of victory. – Psalm 32:7 (NLT)

Victory is within my reach. I can hear the songs coming from Heaven. I can hear the angels cheering me on and encouraging me to press on.

Join me?

Let’s pray…

Daddy God, thank You for the treasure of Your Word. Thank You for the men and women who worked so hard to make sure we would have this gift. I love You, Daddy. I am in awe of how much You love an unworthy peasant like me. I look forward to sitting at Your feet and feeling your loving hands gently caress my head. Save me from me, Lord. Protect me from the enemy and help me to shine for You. Guide me to the place of victory! In Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
