The Kingdom Economy

If you do not have the Lord, then this can be an extremely scary time. However, as a Christian, we should not be worried or caught up with what wall street says or any economic crisis. Our hope is in the Lord. The Creator of ALL things. Our hope is in HIS economy!

God’s Economy

The Promise

(Ref. Romans 4:3, Genesis 12, Psalm 84:11, Matthew 6:33, Luke 12:24, Psalm 68:10)

I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread.
Psalms 37:25

The economy of God is not built on dollars and cents. It is built on a promise. If we Trust God and do what He says, He will bless us. For what does the Scripture say? Abraham believed God, and it was credited to his account as righteousness (right living and right standing with God). Romans 4:3

God’s Currency

(Ref. Romans 4:13, Hebrews 11:1, Philippians 4:19)

Faith is our currency in Kingdom living. Faith in the promises of God. Faith and trust in our God and that He WILL supply all of our needs according to His riches and glory. Our Faith and confidence must be in the Lord! He will never leave us or forsake us! Hebrews 13:5

Hope

(Ref. Romans 4:18, Romans 8:24, Romans 15:13, Psalm 78:7, Psalm 71:5, Proverbs 10:28)

Hope. We must keep our hope in Him. Faith in God and hope in what He said. Hope is a key to helping us exercise our faith. Our hope is in God. For You are my hope; O Lord God, You are my trust from my youth and the source of my confidence. Psalm 71:15

Daily Deposit

(Ref. Psalm 69:32, Psalm 105:4, 1 Chronicles 16:11, 2 Timothy 2:15)

We must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Christianity is not just a “ticket to Heaven.” It is a personal, one on one, RELATIONSHIP with a loving God. It is seeking Him and His will for your life. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. Matthew 6:33

Living in Light of Eternity

(Ref. Isaiah 43:11, 25, 51:12, Matthew 6:20, Romans 4:23, Titus 1:2, 2:13)

God’s economy pays both earthly and eternal dividends. When we sty with the Lord, we have life, victory and can overcome all obstacles and circumstances. Abraham was righteous and blessed because he believed and followed God. God is our source, comfort and our eternity is with Him. He is preparing a place for us and our life is not here. This is only training ground for our true life in and with the Creator of ALL things.

So, the next time, you become afraid of what is going on in this world’s economy, remember WHO is in charge and WHO is your PROVIDER and on YOUR side!

Let’s Pray;

Daddy God, thank You for Your Word. Thank You for Your promises. Thank You that You will NEVER leave me of forsake me. Thank You that You are my source, my comfort, my security, my hope, my love, my provider, my physician, my friend, my King, my Father, my Lord, my fortress, my strength, my protection and my All. This world has nothing for me and You are all I need. Help me to seek You, trust You and know You better and more intimately every day. In Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.

Lara – I love this article! It’s so important to remember that money and earthly things really don’t matter as long as you have God.

Thanks for the great Bible verse recommendations. I love verse recommendations.
