OK, on to this week’s Mommy tip…
Drink More Water
This is for Moms too….Water is vital for MANY reasons. However, if you have teenagers, you will want them to drink a lot of water to help prevent skin issues that they seem to be vulnerable to. Have your children drink half of their body weight in ounces of water each day. They will age better, have better skin, less blemishes, and be healthier over all. If they give you flak about it, try rewarding them with something small at the end of each day/week for drinking their proper amount of water.
