BAH! I was a COMPLETE failure last week. :(
I did not drink my water correctly, I ate like I had a tape worm and I never ever touched my Wii Fit. :(
I feel terrible…I am sorry for being such a weightloss flake!

I need to go back to paying attention to the fact I have butter on my thighs that I do not want there!
Maybe if I get my skinny jeans out again for a visual! I mean I KNOW how to do this for crying out loud!!!
All I know is that I am out of balance in my diet/nutrition/fitness part of life and I need to get it in order!

LOL @ phrase weight loss flake! It just made me LOL big time!
I know all too well how it goes. Seems like I lose some, gain a pound, lose a pound, and gain a pound at times! The weekends is what gets me. When my family wants to go out on the town and eat out. Blah!! :( It is hard. I think maybe I should work out on the weekends now. But dang it, I work hard all week and I need a couple of days to sleep in and rest.
I AM praying for you. You CAN do it. :)

Haha! :) It was good to read this and feel that I’m not alone. I just had a baby (my 2nd child) and now am looking at my new spare tire belly and still wearing maternity pants while the scale is telling me I have 30 lbs. to lose. Yeah. So what have I been doing? Why–eating pizza, cookies, and ice cream of course!!! Ah well—here’s to both of us being “good” from here on out ;)

Check in often for motivation and support. Try and start some kind of work out…walking is always good. You can do it! :D
