BAH! I was a COMPLETE failure last week. :(
I did not drink my water correctly, I ate like I had a tape worm and I never ever touched my Wii Fit. :(
I feel terrible…I am sorry for being such a weightloss flake!
Week two MUST be better!
I mean if I start today…
I need to go back to paying attention to the fact I have butter on my thighs that I do not want there!
Maybe if I get my skinny jeans out again for a visual! I mean I KNOW how to do this for crying out loud!!!
All I know is that I am out of balance in my diet/nutrition/fitness part of life and I need to get it in order!
