The Daily – 15

Life can feel so defeating sometimes. When we feel the pressures and trials of life choking the joy out of us, we need to remember the Truth of God’s Word and what it says about us, our lives, our purpose, and how GOD feels about us! Below you will find 15 VERY encouraging verses that are sure to help you find joy, victory, peace and Truth for every and any circumstance!

God makes all grace and favor come to me. (ref. 2 Corinthians 9:8)

I love when the word ALL is used in a Scripture! ALL grace and favor will come to me! All.

I am the handiwork of God. Recreated in Christ Jesus. (ref. Ephesians 2:10)

The Creator of the Universe knit me in my Mother’s womb. I am HIS handiwork and have been made new through the Blood of Christ! :D

When I get close to God…He gets close to me. (ref. James 4:8)

You see, God never leaves. He remains in the same place we left Him. So, when WE get close to Him, He is able to be closer to us! Why do we even leave His side??

Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. (ref. 1 John 4:4)

The battle has already been won! The enemy IS defeated! If we could grasp this, we would see more victory in our lives. BELIEVE!

God has a plan…a GOOD plan for my life! (ref. Jeremiah 29:11)

His plan is FAR better than anything we could dream up! Trust Him!

God WILL finish what He started! (ref. Philippians 1:6)

Our God does not have half finished projects. He ALWAYS finishes what He starts. HE WILL complete what He started in us!

I am a NEW Creation! The old is GONE! (ref. 2 Corinthians 5:17)

I am NO LONGER the woman I was! I am a NEW creation! I am the handiwork of God and when I fail, instead of beating myself up, I need to pick myself up, dust off my bottom and remember that I am NEW!

My needs WILL be met! (ref. Philippians 4:19)

God will take care of me and meet my needs. If He says it, He will do it!

God will NEVER leave me or forsake me! (ref. Hebrews 13:5 )

I LOVE this one! My Daddy will never, never, never leave me!!!

His abundant mercy saved me!! (ref. Titus 3:4-5)

Thank YOU, Lord for MERCY! Thank You, Jesus for dying for unworthy me!

My Savior walked a mile in my shoes! He understands my weaknesses! (ref. Hebrews 4:15-16)

This is one of the greatest things to know! Jesus did not Only leave the comforts of Heaven to fulfill a purpose of Salvation for US…He ALSO walked far more than a MILE in our shoes! He lived a common life with no frills and was tempted just as we are! He overcame FOR us and made a way so that we can ALSO be over comers!

I am the head and not the tail. I am above and not beneath. (ref. Deuteronomy 28:13)

What more can I add to this one???

No weapon formed against me shall prosper. (ref. Isaiah 54:17)

No…not one… NO…NO…NO weapon formed against us shall prosper. PERIOD!

Jesus overcame the world and its distresses for me. (ref. John 16:31)

He already paid the price! :D

NOTHING can separate me from God’s love! (ref. Romans 8:38)

Nothing. Not one thing. God loves each of us so profoundly and abundantly. All we must do is receive and believe!

Let’s Pray;

Daddy God, thank You…thank You! I have no words. You are so much more than I deserve. Thank You for the victory and the life that Your Word gives me! Help me to see it in the midst of my circumstances and to lay hold of the Truth within its pages!! I love You. THANK YOU so very very much for loving an unworthy woman such as me! In Jesus Mighty Name, Amen!

Homework:

Look up the Scriptures in this study in a couple translations. I would also encourage you to check cross references as well. Write down the Scriptures that speak to you and put them in places you will SEE them. Read them, memorize them and get them into your spirit so that the next time you are feeling down, you can remind yourself what GOD says!

Memorize: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. –  Philippians 4:13 (NKJV)
