The Daily – He Hears our Prayers
Daddy hears the prayer of the righteous
The Lord is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the righteous. – Proverbs 15:29
Amazing! The Creator of all things takes the time to HEAR me! He wants to hear me! I am His righteous daughter though the Blood of Jesus! Our Daddy loves His children. He loves us so much that He sent His Only Son to die so that we can be made righteous. So that we can boldly come before His throne. He desires for us to communicate with Him through praise and prayers. We should aim to be in constant contact with Him throughout our day. It is the only way to have victory in our lives.
No time? Sure you do…
Time for Prayer
- driving the kids to school
- driving to and from work
- while driving anywhere
- while in the shower
- while putting on makeup
- when picking out fruit
- before bed
- before you get out of bed
- while cooking
- while cleaning
- basically ANY time throughout your day!
Prayer gives us the strength to go on. It allows us the ability to communicate with the One Who loves us so very much. Prayer brings you closer to the Lord, and it allows Him the opportunity to speak to our hearts in the areas that we need His guidance. Think about it this way: Could you really have a close friendship with someone you never talked to?? No, of course not. We need to communicate with friends, and get together to cultivate a strong and lasting friendship. It is the same with our relationship with Daddy God! We need to spend time with Him. We need to make time FOR Him! I want to encourage you to pray…and pray more often!
Let’s pray;
Daddy God, help me to develop a prayer life and to seek Your Face in all things. Teach me to make prayer a part of my daily life and to understand the importance of it. Thank YOU! In Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
