Just Dance 2015 is a great way to get your kids fit with fun! Not only does it get them moving, it teaches them coordination, and they get to have fun while doing it! Seriously, any time you add fun into the mix of anything healthy, kids will be much more likely to engage. I believe that Just Dance 2015 offers an opportunity to help stop the couch potato lifestyle we seem to have these days, and get kids exercising without even realizing it! Just Dance 2015 is not an exercise game, however, it is a dancing game, and dancing equates exercise in my book!
Just Dance 2015
The first song that my girls picked was, of course, Let it Go from Disney’s Frozen…
It was the perfect song for these sisters to test out their skills!
My youngest could have gone on for days…LOL!
I do want to point out that this may not be suitable for younger children. The box says 10 and up for lyrics. There are lyrics on some of the songs that I do not let my little one listen to–even though she is 10. That is just my personal parenting preference. However, there are also plenty of songs that are safe. So, it is appealing to young and old. Just make sure you are paying attention to what songs your kids are dancing to, if you are a stickler like me with things like that!
Just Dance 2015 is…
The perfect game to get the whole family up and moving. With a fresh tracklist of more than 40 of the hottest hits and throwback tunes, there’s something for everyone!
Is great way to get the entire family on their feet for some exercise in disguise—have fun while burning calories!
Also, to bring awareness to National Bullying Prevention Month, Just Dance 2015 and Stomp Out Bullying have partnered to show people everywhere that “it’s okay to dance to your own beat!”
Plus, new songs and wacky choreography in Just Dance 2015 encourage kids and teens to let loose and be themselves.
Like I said, Just Dance 2015 is a great way to get your kids moving! It’s also a good way for you to get moving, and spend some time having fun with your kids!
OK, what are you waiting for?? Just Dance!
