What is your Favorite Thanksgiving Memory
Before I begin, each week we have a discussion. Sometimes they may be controversial. However, I want to make it clear that NONE are going to become a mean spirited type of discussion. We are all sisters in Christ and we should act accordingly. If ANYONE posts a mean come back or has the profound need to force others to believe what they believe to the point of arguing, their comments will be deleted and never again approved on this site. So play NICE!
OK…on to the discussion part…
What is your Favorite Thanksgiving memory?
I had a hard time coming up with a question this week…especially since the main question everyone is asking is ‘what are you thankful for?’, So, I went with this one. My issue with this questions is I do not have any childhood happy Thanksgiving memories. And any that involve me as an adult…that also include my Mother are filled with discord. I am NOT sad that this is the case, so please do not misunderstand what I am saying…If I did not have all the crappy junk of my past, I would not have the ability to be as thankful as I am today! :D
SO…
My happiest Thanksgiving memories are the ones that involve my children. They are such a blessing and the joy they bring my life is abounding! They make every holiday worth doing! <3
Let’s be thankful for the fact we serve a Mighty, Loving and Merciful God Who wants nothing more than to fill our lives with His LOVE!
MAKE A joyful noise to the Lord, all you lands! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come before His presence with singing! Know that the Lord is God! It is He Who has made us, not we ourselves, and we are His! We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving and a thank offering, and into His courts with praise! Be thankful and say so to Him, bless and affectionately praise His name! For the Lord is good; His mercy and loving-kindness are everlasting, His faithfulness and truth endure to all generations. – Psalm 100
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
