It’s hard to believe that I’ve been writing for and connecting with you readers at Mom’s of Faith for almost a year and a half! I’ve enjoyed getting to know you all and sharing with you what God is teaching me in regard to Faith and Business! My secret: I’m 13 weeks pregnant! We haven’t made a public announcement yet (until now) because I have a history of miscarriage and I’ve had some minor complications the past few months. I feel God urging me to slow down and I’ve had to delegate so much of my business responsibilities to my leadership team that I’m mostly just writing for my publisher these days. Consider this: Whatever is good and perfect comes down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow. He chose to give birth to us by giving us his true word. And we, out of all creation, became his prized possession. James 1: 17-18 NLT When thankful people take their eyes off of Christ, even for a moment—they usually becoming overly stressed people. I’ll admit I have a lot of stressors in my life right now. It’s so easy for me to try to fix these things myself and forget that God is … [Read more...]
