I wanted to share a very personal story with you from my other blog... I anguished over writing this post. I was afraid of being judged, losing readers or even worse–causing a sister to stumble. Once I came to terms with the fact that God was not going to stop nagging me to write it, I had to decide WHERE to put the post. Should I put it here, on Moms of Faith, or my personal blog… After much thought, I decided here was the best fit. Why? Because my sin and disobedience directly affect how I influence my husband. It reflects my help meet status as well. I mean how can I be any help to my husband, if I choose to walk in disobedience?? Please understand that what I am about to share with you is very personal, and it is the one thing in my life that I have refused to lay down–even though I KNOW God wanted me to. You may have read my recent whiny post about the financial blow we were recently hit with. Well, I wanted to give y'all a praise report!It started with a couple people taking me up on some great ad offers I sent them and then God did me one better when out of the blue a site that I have been trying to sell, got a major bite! I have had a ton or queries mind you, however, this person amde an offer and is ready to pay!So, with the money from the ads and the sale of a website, we will have enough to get computer fixed...and the car. PLUS, have a small cushion for a future emergency!THANK YOU to ALL who prayed for me and this situation! I knew bringing it to my sisters would move the mountain! <3 PRAISE the LORD! In closing, please continue to pray that it all goes through today. The buyer is supposed to send payment today. Pray it all works out and quickly. I could really use some prayers from my fellow Moms of Faith!As you may know, I was on a business trip the last week of January to help promote Moms of Faith and grow our social media contacts. The trip was a success. However, when I arrived home, I discovered my main computer was broke. It was fine when I left...not fine when I returned. :(This is a very big deal since EVERYTHING is on that computer...I had to download free trials of the software I use just to get by because all of the files and programs I use for Moms of Faith are on said computer. :(I researched what the possible issues could be, and then took it to Geek Squad with some knowledge already in my arsenal. It was the worst of the two main problems it could be...the motherboard is fried. In order to fix it I will need $300. Almost $200 + tax + shipping for part, and $50 to have Geek Squad install it.
