Oystercatchers – a Tampa Treasure Located at Grand Hyatt

Oystercatchers is a delightfully delicious seafood restaurant located in the Grand Hyatt, Tampa Bay! The food is scrumptious, the service is top notch, the ambiance is fabulous, and the views are spectacular! I was very impressed with the presentation, depth of flavors, and overall experience at Oystercatchers. It is a rare find indeed to have so many great qualities AND deliver on the flavors. This quickly became one of the best –perhaps THE best seafood restaurants I have ever dined at.

The appetizers were beautiful, fresh, and tasty!

Our main courses at Oystercatchers did not disappoint either! They were amazing!

Oystercatchers Lobster Mac and Cheese

Oystercatchers offers a very hearty and exquisite Lobster Mac and Cheese!

Oystercatchers Scallops, Lobster and Polenta

I thoroughly enjoyed my yummy Scallops, Lobster and Polenta! The polenta was creamy, the scallops were juicy, and the lobster was buttery and delectable!

Oystercatchers Kids Fish and Chips

Oystercatchers also provided a great kids meal for my little one. She had the kid’s fish and chips, and loved it!

Then there was the mouth watering desserts they offered! Oh my goodness… SO GOOD!

Honestly, I could not pick a favorite dessert. All three of them were just so heavenly! The berries added a nice burst of flavor with the key lime pie, the chocolate brownie and salted caramel was sinful, and the overall flavors were amazing! My advice: don’t skip dessert!

And, let’s not forget the amazing view!

We watched the gorgeous sun set while enjoying our delicious meal at Oystercatchers! I think that may be my favorite part of the entire experience. Not only do you get a delightful meal, you also get a sensational view!
